Playas del Coco is a lively beach town just a 25-minute drive from Liberia International Airport, making it one of the easiest spots to reach in the region. It’s also a great base for exploring the area — from waterfalls and volcanoes to sailing trips and snorkeling tours — and, of course, to play pickleball.
The Club in Playa del Coco offers great pickleball facilities in Guanacaste, with multiple courts and access to additional amenities such as a pool, gym, and restaurant.
The complex features four dedicated pickleball courts and eight additional courts set up on two tennis courts. The courts are spacious, with high-quality nets and a solid, comfortable surface suitable for both competitive play and casual open sessions.
The Club is surrounded by trees and natural greenery, creating a pleasant environment for players. Visitors can purchase a day pass to access all amenities, or pay separately if they only wish to use the courts.
All courts are equipped with lights, allowing for evening play — a good option since the courts are not covered, and the sun can get quite strong after 9 a.m.
